Serve over ice with elderflower tonic or ginger ale, and garnish with orange zest or ginger. For the perfect cocktail, try a classic Aviation or a delicious Espresso Martini!

Tasting notes
Nose: Fragrant, with juniper, floral notes and cardamom
Palate: Smooth with juniper, coriander, cardamom, lavender and pepper notes
Finish: Dry, light and lingering, with earthy and peppery notes and soft spice

Perfect serve
A gin so perfectly smooth, you can enjoy it neat over ice. Alternatively, serve over ice with a quality Indian tonic, and garnish with a wedge of citrus. Best cocktail - the classic French 75 or a fruity Bramble!
