Hotham's policy is to supply products that are free from genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and other elements from genetically modified sources. Ingredients are internally sourced from approved suppliers.
Hotham's only buy from ethical suppliers who are validated against our own values and ethical policy. We perform due diligence checks on our suppliers to give us assurance that our ingredients that are grown and sold as GM-free, vegan, and not tested on animals.

Hotham's makes every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies; however, there is always a risk of contamination as our spirits are made in an environment where some allergens may be present. Customers concerned with food allergies should be aware of this risk. Customers will be alerted to any issues relating to the presence of allergens that constitute a significant food safety risk.
