Our distillery is also home to Hotham's award-winning Gin School, where you can learn all about gin, how it’s made, and practise the ancient art of distilling in order to create your very own bottle of gin to take away and enjoy.
If you prefer vodka or rum, you won't be left out - we distil them too!
Join us for Rum School to gain an insight into the world of rum before putting your newfound knowledge to the test by crafting your very own bottle of spiced rum. Of course, there’s plenty of rum sampling on the way, including our twists on some classic rum cocktails.
Whether you pick Gin or Rum School, we guarantee you a memorable day, corporate event or birthday treat, and we can host both small and large groups.
